At Chirag Jewellers, we take pride in our craftsmanship; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion accessory, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with security tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the jewellery in its original branded box and pack it inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping and Drop-off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned item for authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
